Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Monday met his West Bengal partner Mamata Banerjee and said his central goal was to frame a non-Congress, non-BJP front and that a solid arrangement would be revealed soon. 

"That is what is the mission of KCR," Rao said after the gathering at the state secretariat Nabanna, when a media individual asked him whether he was all the while searching for a non-Congress, non-BJP front.
